🔖 Art. ML3D_0016 Parametric BSP through-hull KIT by MarineLab3D — generates TWO parts: the through-hull skin fitting (flange + externally threaded hollow tube) AND the matching flanged hex lock nut. You download a ZIP with two separate STL files (through-hull.stl + lock-nut.stl). 🔧 Male BSP thread: 1/4" to 2 1/2" 📏 Tube length 20–80 mm · Inner Ø up to (outer − 6 mm) · Flange Ø from (outer + 10 mm) ⬇ Tapered flange (flat on the hull side) · 2 opposite key-slots to hold it while tightening · matching lock nut with same flange 🖨️ Print recommendations: PETG or ASA, 0.15–0.2 mm layers, 4 perimeters. For fittings kept submerged for long periods, print in PPS (alternatively PA612-CF). Seal threads with O-ring / PTFE.
