Parametric REPLACEMENT TANK CAP by MarineLab3D — male BSP thread (ISO 228, in inches) that screws into existing female bungs. Lost or broken your tank cap? Reprint one to size.
🔩 BSP thread: 1/2" to 2 1/2" (inch sizes, as deck/tank bungs are specified) · selectable thread length
⬇ Flange Ø parametric (min = thread + 2 mm) with a top inward chamfer
💧 O-ring face seal under the head, with adjustable lateral position (0 = next to the thread → out toward the flange edge)
🗝️ Opened with a standard winch handle (central 8-point socket, 11/16" / 17.5 mm)
🏷️ Engraved label: WATER / DIESEL / WASTE · solid threaded body
🖨️ Print: ASA (best UV resistance) or PETG for water; for DIESEL or GASOLINE print in PA612-CF (10–15% carbon fiber). 0.2 mm layers, 3–4 perimeters. Fit an O-ring in the seat for sealing.
