Screws onto standard sealant cartridges for 310 ml (Europe) and 10 oz / 300 ml (USA) tubes. ✂️ Long CUTTABLE cone — trim the tip to set bead size and reach (ships PRE-OPENED, ready to use) ↩️ BENDABLE: smooth curve (starts after the first 30 mm) up to 160° to reach awkward joints — gentle bend so the sealant flows freely 📏 Length 40–250 mm (straight from 40 mm, curved from 90 mm) 🤏 Cone grip base (no tools needed to screw it on) 🔩 Fits standard cartridges (most silicone, MS-polymer, PU, acrylic sealants) 🔩 FITS CARTRIDGES THAT DON'T AGREE WITH EACH OTHER Sealant cartridges are not as standard as they claim. We measured three brands: the thread diameter was 15 mm on all of them — but the pitch ranged from 2.07 to 2.50 mm. A rigid, deeply-threaded nozzle simply cannot fit all of them. So this one doesn't try. It engages only 2 turns, the thread groove is deliberately loose axially, and a CONICAL SEAT above the thread is what actually centres and seals against the cartridge spout. The thread's only job is to pull the nozzle on — the cone does the rest. That's how factory nozzles work, and it's why they screw onto anything. If your cartridge still feels tight or loose, use the "Thread clearance" slider: 0.5 = tight · 0.7 = normal (default) · 0.9 = loose. 🖨️ PRINT SETTINGS — please read, the thread depends on it ⚠️ Layer height 0.12–0.15 mm. This is not optional. The internal thread is a helical overhang: at 0.20 mm each layer oversteps its own extrusion width and the thread crests sag inward — the nozzle then won't screw onto the cartridge. At 0.15 mm it prints clean; at 0.12 mm it's perfect. 🧭 Orientation: threaded collar DOWN on the plate, tip UP. The straight version needs no supports at all. 🚫 Supports: NONE — and make sure your slicer does not put supports inside the thread. They are impossible to remove and you don't need them. ↩️ Bend above 60°: add supports under the curved section only (they touch the outer cone and peel off easily). Up to 60° it self-supports. 🧱 Material: PETG (best — cured silicone peels straight off), or PP / ASA. Avoid PLA: too brittle at the collar, and it doesn't like sealant solvents. ⚙️ 3 perimeters · 20–30% infill · cooling 100% · enable "slow down for overhangs".
