🔖 Art. ML3D_0040 Parametric ANCHOR BOW ROLLER by MarineLab3D — a replacement grooved roller for your bow fitting (musone). Size it to your bow roller width and chain caliber, preview in 3D, and after purchase receive STL files generated to your specs. ⚓ Central groove: narrow straight channel at the base (chain caliber + 1.5 mm) for the standing links, rounded bottom, flaring open in the upper half to the chain link width (≈3.6 × caliber + 1.5 mm) for the flat links — cradles and guides the chain so it does not jump off. 📏 Roller length = your bow-roller gap; outer Ø ≥ chain + 20 mm for strength. 🛞 Through-bore for the pin/axle. Optional PRINTED BUSHING (separate part, included): inner Ø = your pin, wall 3 mm; the roller bore is sized to the bushing OD with print tolerance for a precise, play-free fit. 🧵 Print specs: 100% infill. Roller — PA612-CF strongly recommended (high wear & UV/marine resistance); ASA or PETG-CF as alternatives. Bushing — PTFE-filled filament (self-lubricating, low friction). Use “Customize dimensions” to set bow-roller width, chain caliber, outer Ø, pin Ø and bushing option.
