License

By downloading or purchasing a MarineLab3D digital model ("the File"), you agree to these terms.

1. License

MarineLab3D grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and 3D print the File for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

2. You may

Print the model for your personal use (including for your own boat or equipment).
Adjust print settings and keep personal backup copies for yourself.

3. You may not

Resell, share, gift, sublicense, redistribute or publish the digital File (STL or any source/derived file), in whole or in part, on any platform.
Sell or distribute physical objects printed from the File.
Use the File or prints for any commercial purpose.
Claim authorship of the design.

4. Ownership

MarineLab3D retains all intellectual property rights in the design and File. This is a license, not a sale of the design.

5. No warranty

Files are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. 3D-printed parts vary by printer, material and settings. You are responsible for verifying that the printed part is suitable and safe for your specific application — especially for marine, structural or pressure use. MarineLab3D is not liable for any damage or loss arising from use of the File or printed parts.

6. Free models

Free models are covered by the same personal-use terms unless stated otherwise.
