Parametric board rack by MarineLab3D — a two-piece clamp that fits around a stanchion or guardrail tube, with a sturdy L-shaped arm and a slotted tab to lash the board with a strap. Suitable for both **surfboards and SUP / paddle boards**. Use a pair of brackets, size them, preview in 3D, and after purchase receive your STL. 🛟 Two-piece collar that bolts around the stanchion/guardrail — no drilling of the rail. 💪 Solid Ø20 mm L-arm (95° elbow, soft bend, reinforced base) — holds the board clear of the lifelines. 🪢 Slotted end tab (3 mm) for a securing strap/cord. ⚓ To lock the board in place, run a rope — or better a textile webbing strap — through the arm's slot and around the lifelines: the board is held snugly between the arm and the lifelines. 📏 Fully adjustable: stanchion Ø, arm length and height — fits most rails and board sizes. 🔩 **Hardware (per bracket):** 2× **M5** bolts with round/socket (Allen) head + 2× **M5** hex nuts. The hex-nut seat is moulded into the arm collar (nut stays captive) and the round head seat is on the opposite collar — just tighten with an Allen key. Suggested length M5 × 30–35 mm. Use **A4/316 stainless** for marine use. 🧵 **Print materials (load-bearing — use a carbon-filled filament):** - **PA612-CF — ★ best** (toughest, UV & water resistant, low creep) - **PETG-CF — good** (easy, good stiffness/UV) - **ASA-CF — good** (excellent UV/outdoor, stiff) Print specs: 0.2 mm layers, 4+ perimeters, 40%+ infill, hardened nozzle for CF. Prints as two parts. Use "Customize dimensions" to set stanchion Ø, tube length and height, preview in 3D, then receive your STL after purchase.
