Rope Sheave / Pulley for Dyneema · Spectra · Polyester (Parametric, 3D Print)
🔖 Art. ML3D_0048
Parametric rope sheave (pulley) by MarineLab3D — a cylindrical wheel with a smooth U-groove sized to your line, a central bore for the pin, and an optional flush bushing seat. Size it, preview in 3D, and after purchase receive your STL. ⚓ U-groove auto-sized to the rope: width ≈ 1.15 × rope Ø, depth ≈ 0.58 × rope Ø, with an ample rounded bottom and softened edges — no sharp corners that could chafe the cover (great for Dyneema/Spectra and polyester). 🛞 Adjustable sheave Ø (10–100 mm) and center hole Ø for your axle/pin. 🪛 Optional flush bushing seat (counterbore) auto-sized to the bore — to house a flanged bushing without any protrusion; faces stay flat. 🧵 Print specs: for low friction use PC-PTFE (best), PAHT-CF or PA612-CF15. Print the groove smooth; lightly sand 600–1000 grit (and polish if needed) for the slickest run. Use "Customize dimensions" to set sheave Ø, rope Ø, bore and bushing, preview in 3D, then receive your STL after purchase.
