📏 Custom length: the entire shape grows in proportion from the base size, keeping correct cleat proportions.
🔩 Three mounting options: (1) blind threaded holes (depth = cleat height − 10 mm); (2) two threaded studs projecting from the base for through-deck bolting; (3) plain through-holes with a diameter you choose (3–8 mm), automatically capped so a safe wall remains.
🪛 Threaded options adapt automatically: the metric thread snaps up to the nearest standard size (M5…M20) as the cleat grows — no manual setting.
🧵 Print specs: PETG / ASA / Nylon recommended for strength and UV/salt resistance. Print the “studs” version vertically (studs up) for clean threads; the holes versions print flat with no supports.
🧷 For real loads, print solid or high infill (≥4 perimeters); Nylon for maximum toughness.
